Daisy M. Holder was born in Livingston, Alabama on June 5, 1958. After earning her law degree from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in 1988, Attorney Holder was admitted to the Alabama State Bar the same year. Later, Attorney Holder was admitted to the United States District Court for the Northern District of Alabama (1988), the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit (1990), and the United States Supreme Court (1998). For over 32 years, Attorney Holder has practiced bankruptcy law and she has helped thousands of clients receive a financial fresh start.
